Michael Ackerman, a Seatte Realtor with Coldwell Banker Bain, blogs about one aspect of the information a buyer gets in the resale certificate. The resale certificate is a collection of all the information about the condominium that is provided to the buyer so they can learn about the history of the building. The buyer will traditionally have 5 business days to either approve or dissaprove this information. Always request at least 2 years of annual and monthly meeting minutes to be included in the resale certificate information. These minutes contain the best information on what is actually going on in the building.
