Keep The Marketing Going. Michael Ackerman talks Seattle Real Estate.

Michael Ackerman, a Seattle Realtor with Coldwell Banker Bain, blogs about how long you should market a home after you have a signed around purchase and sale agreement. Michael believes that it is safest to continue the marketing of the home (open houses, brokers opens) until after the buyer has removed their inspection condition. Occasionally transactions can fall apart or “flip” because the buyer changes his/her mind, or there are inspection issues that cannot be agreed upon. Continuing the marketing of the home until the buyer’s legal “exit doors” are closed is a great way to support the seller!
